VHR Group started its journey under the vision of Mr. R D Verma, a qualified civil engineer from NITK Suratkal (1984 batch), establishing Verma Economic Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
Building Foundations
Actively engaged in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects. Executed works for major clients like Punj Lloyd Ltd, DLF Universal Ltd, and A.P. Rayons as an associate contractor.
Expansion in NCR
Delivered over 100 low-rise affordable residential builder floors in NCR regions including Ramprastha, Suryanagar, and Chandernagar, as well as Vivek Vihar and Preet Vihar in New Delhi.
High-Rise Milestone
Successfully delivered 'Windsor Court', a high-rise residential group housing project comprising 150 apartments at Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.
Hospitality Sector
Diversified into hospitality with 'Hotel Sunshine Grand' (75 rooms) in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, and a 30-room luxury boutique hotel in Dehradun.
New Leadership Era
Mr. Sanjeev Verma & Mr. Nilaksh Verma joined Mr. R D Verma to lead the company into a new era of performance and achievement.
